Working Principle

Heating and Vaporization:
A high-energy laser beam is focused onto the material surface, causing an instant temperature rise that melts or vaporizes the material, creating grooves or permanent marks.

Pattern Formation:
The laser beam moves according to the preset design. By repeatedly vaporizing the material layer by layer, it forms a visible and precise engraving.

Non-contact Processing:
Since the laser beam does not physically touch the material during processing, no mechanical stress or deformation is introduced, making it ideal for sensitive or fragile materials.

From Design to Engraving:
The engraving process is simple. Users can create patterns using common graphic design software (such as Adobe Photoshop or CorelDRAW), and then send the design to the laser engraver through the driver software for processing.

Key Features

High Precision:
Laser engraving offers extremely high accuracy and can produce very fine details and complex patterns.

Permanent Durability:
The engraved marks are wear-resistant, long-lasting, and not easily removed.

Wide Material Compatibility:
Laser engraving works with a wide range of materials, including wood, acrylic, leather, plastics, glass, and metals.

High Efficiency:
Compared with traditional engraving methods, laser engraving is faster and more efficient.
