Share:
  • Product Design Analysis
Review product structure, dimensions, tolerance, and material requirements to ensure feasibility for injection molding.

  • Mold Design (CAD/CAE)
Create detailed 3D mold design, including parting lines, gating system, runners, cooling channels, ejector system, and material shrinkage compensation.

  • Material Selection
Choose suitable mold base and steel grades (e.g., P20, H13, S136, etc.) based on product durability, abrasion resistance, and injection pressure.

  • CNC Machining and Manufacturing
Using CNC milling, turning, drilling, and EDM to precisely shape mold cavities, cores, and other components according to design.

  • Heat Treatment
Harden mold steel to improve wear resistance and ensure mold longevity and dimensional stability.

  • Component Assembly
Assemble all mold components including core, cavity, ejector pins, guide pillars, cooling system, and sliders.

  • Polishing & Surface Treatment
Polish the cavity surface and apply treatments such as texture, nitriding, or coating to meet product appearance and wear requirements.

  • Mold Trials (T1, T2, T3)
Conduct injection molding trials, analyze product quality, correct issues such as flash, shrink marks, warpage, or short shots, and optimize processing conditions.

  • Quality Inspection & Final Validation
Verify mold dimensions, injection stability, structural durability, and product consistency based on customer standards.

  • Final Delivery & Documentation
Deliver the mold together with technical documentation, maintenance instructions, and trial reports.
